1. Definition

A high-temperature centrifugal fan is a specialized centrifugal ventilation equipment capable of operating stably in high-temperature environments ranging from 100℃ to 900℃ (with some special models reaching up to 1200℃). Its core principle is to convert mechanical energy into gas potential energy through a high-speed rotating impeller, enabling the transportation of high-temperature gases (such as hot air, flue gas, calcination tail gas, etc.). It is widely used in high-temperature industrial scenarios like metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering.

Its design needs to specifically address technical pain points caused by high temperatures:

- Heat-resistant materials (e.g., 310S heat-resistant steel for impellers, high-temperature ceramic coatings for casings) are used to resist high-temperature erosion;

2.1 Strong High-Temperature Resistance

Core components (impellers, casings) are mostly made of high-temperature-resistant materials such as 310S heat-resistant steel and Cr25Ni20, or coated with high-temperature ceramic coatings. They can withstand long-term erosion and radiant heat from high-temperature gases ranging from 100℃ to 900℃ (some special models can reach 1200℃), preventing component deformation and burnout.

2.2 Structural Resistance to Thermal Deformation

Thermal expansion and contraction gaps are reserved in the design, and impellers adopt symmetrical or reinforced structures. This reduces vibration and abnormal noise caused by thermal expansion and contraction of materials at high temperatures, ensuring structural stability during long-term operation.
